To Whom It May Concern,

Sometimes the measure of a commercial business operation lies in the lengths to which the proprietors will go to maintain good customer relations and service. Such is the case with Shirley and Terry at Eric's World of Leisure.

They provided service to a rapidly aging hot tub for many years. When it came time to replace this unit, I chose to have them install a new Crystal Waters tub. There were difficulties with the product. The patient and consistent attendance to making sure the product they sold me was suitable and worked properly, led them to incur expenses for replacement of certain parts and equipment, at their cost, which I doubt I would have found in another business of the same type.

I write this to acknowledge an exceptional business run by exceptional people.
